Coordinate memberships and subscription services.
Develop and maintain member benefits and perks.
Facilitate communication with members regarding updates and benefits.
Promotional Coordinator:
Organize and oversee giveaways, including logistics, scheduling, and coordination.
Collaborates with sponsorship and workshop coordinators and Local Chapter Leaders.
Manages distribution of giveaway items and promotional assets.
Email Marketing :
Responsible for creating, scheduling and delivering email campaigns
Oversees and maintains email subscriber list.
Field email responses and timely replies.
Chapter Liaison:
Foster and grow the Headroom Collective Leadership community.
Engage with leaders, answer queries, and encourage participation.
Collect feedback and facilitate discussions to improve the collective.
Partnership and Sponsorship Coordinator:
Market research for potential sponsors and partners.
Monitor agreements and oversee execution.
Coordinate sponsorship activations and ongoing communications.
Feedback Coordinator:
Collect, analyze, and report feedback from community members.
Implement improvements based on feedback received.
Regularly communicate feedback updates to the team.
Affiliate Coordinator :
Responsible for maintaining all affiliate accounts.
Reviews current promotions from affiliates and creates plan to promote.
Communicates with marketing to support current promotions
Workshop Coordinator:
Plan, organize, and execute workshops and content for replay.
Facilitate communication with hosts and guest speakers.
Ensure materials and resources are prepared and follow up .
